Where is the Data Stored?

The Pricing Assistant workspaces  is stored locally on the user's machine and backed up in the cloud. The users email, first name, and last name are securely stored on Google's Firebase Database. All passwords to accounts are secured by Google's Firebase Authentication. Firebase is responsible for all email/password authentication.

After I download the Pricing Assistant and register, why can't I login? 

(Personal computer) Ensure your firewall protection is not to restrictive. Once downloaded, the Pricing Assistant communicates to the website, and two trusted third party services for authentication. If the firewall is to restrictive, it will prevent the Pricing Assistant from communicating. For security purposes, this process must occur upon registration.

What currencies does the Pricing Assistant Support?

Right now the Pricing Assistant only supports United States dollar currency. You will need to export and convert currencies. We are working hard to provide more currencies to our customers such as the EURO and CAD.
